The Concord JV boys’ soccer team defeated Pinkerton, 1-0. Goalkeeper Matt Jenness made 10 saves, while Grayson McLaughlin scored the only goal. Chris Arocena and Roy Annis led a resilient Concord effort.
■The Bow JV boys’ soccer team defeated Coe-Brown, 1-0. Ethan Anderson sniped the top corner of the net from 15 yards out on a flawless feed from Carter Weiss. Aaron Barrieau pushes nine shots aside to get the clean sheet.
Middle school
Hudson took an early lead on direct kick in first half and went on for a 5-1 win against the Rundlett Middle School boys’ soccer team. Dean Ayotte scored the lone goal for Rundlett.
Events
Everett Arena public ice skating hours will be Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday hours are from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday hours (which begin Oct. 9 will also be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission will be $6 for skaters and free for children ages 3 and under. Skate rentals are available. Skating lessons will begin in October and continue through March. For more information, visit concordnh.gov/skating.

Officials needed
Apprentices are needed for the New Hampshire Wrestling Officials Association for the 2021-22 season. A minimum of two years participating in the sport of wrestling as an official, coach or wrestler is required. Training will be in September.
